All Stoke Gifford  Taekwon-do lessons take place at Stoke Gifford Trust Hall, North Road, Stoke Gifford.(The car park for the Trust Hall is right next to Brins Close on the same side of the road.)

The training times for all Taekwon-do lessons at the Trust Hall are listed below;

Sundays  & Thursdays

 

Legacy Lions (4-6 year olds)5.00-5.35pm

Juniors (white-yellow belt)5.35pm-6.30pm

Juniors (green stripe-blue stripe)6.30-7.30pm

Juniors (blue belt & above)6.50-7.50pm

Adult beginners 13+ (up to and including blue belts)7.50-8.50pm

Adult advanced 13+ (red stripes and above)8.100-9.10pm

 

Juniors

These classes are for children aged 7 - 12 yrs, these classes will follow the syllabus laid down by Imperial TKD and also include, self defence, fitness and sparring. Also games are played using a martial platform to practice skills such as balance, co-ordination and team building. The children will be in a relaxed, but disciplined environment where they can build there confidence and make friends, & have lots of fun.

Adults

These classes are designed for people aged 13+. The classes will also follow a syllabus laid down by Imperial TKD, but the classes are more in depth. Also allows for seminars and displays of different martial arts to be explored. Again at Stoke Gifford TKD we cater for all needs and are always willing to listen to new ideas.

Both Junior and Senior Students have a choice of training as often or as little as they require. If students reach a required standard during training then they have the option of taking gradings to be able to progress through the belts within TKD

Legacy Lions

These classes are designed for four to six year olds, allowing us to cater for their special needs. The classes are designed to challenge and motivate the children, and to develop life skills. Legacy Lions is the springboard into TKD, it teaches the children all the basics at a level they understand. The natural progression for a child would be to move up to the junior classes at roughly 7 years of age. Legacy Lions classes will give them a fantastic head start into their TKD career.
